Digital Tools and Application Software
how teachers can incorporate Digital Education Apps and Application Software into the class.
PHASE 1 (SMARTPHONES AND WI-FI)
How can we assist teachers with smartphones and Wi-Fi.
*The meaning of ICT (Information Communications Technology) is the team that include any communication device.
*We will teach them how we connect to Wi-Fi and password. They will be informed to make sure if the Wi-Fi is connected to their smartphones or not. We will explain to them how they are going to use them and show them different skills to use smartphones. First, we will teach them how to take perfect pictures, and all the steps to upload pictures on the system. After, we will show them how to record nice and perfect videos that has good sound. we will provide them with the best skills step by step to upload video on the system.
List of activities that will be used, considering that our ICT Tools are only smartphones.
* Email - teachers will email learners if they have something to inform learners about. Also, to remind learners if they need to complete something or maybe the assignment is due soon. This tool is a great way for learners and educators to communicate with one another.
* Video - educators will be able to upload video clips so learners can watch them and learn something new. They can also be used to introduce new topic or content. After learners have watched the video when the teacher explain, they will have a light about the content. This will be a digital archive for learners of their own work to show off to future classes.
* Social media - learners will get out the word and start to share ideas, pictures, videos and classroom updates. They can use group stream live lectures and host discussions. As most of the learners are familiar with social media so it going to be easy for them.
* Immersive games - this one allows learners to explore real world ideas in an area that is safe and controlled environment. Leaners will learn new information that is more effective and develop skills such as problem solving, teamwork and communication and critical thinking.
Possible Education Apps for future use on smartphones.
*Quizizz - this is an app or a platform that going to help learners to work fast and always submitting on time. It offers many tools so the classroom can be fun, interactive and engaging. It is a self-paced so each learners gets a chance to answer without being rushed.
* Drop box - Leaners or students will drop or store their work under drop box so it can be proof they submitted.
* Google classroom - this is an online tool for educators wanting to integrate digital learning into classroom. The learners and Educators do collaborate using it.
Teacher's training (how will teachers be trained)
* We should make classes for Teachers where they will be learning how to utilize Digital education apps by using smartphones and Wi-Fi. In those classes videos will be created that explains how to use smartphones and also to get access in connecting to Wi-Fi. Lastly, we will use papers written the information that demonstrates how to upload videos and how to make links. They will be taught how to back-up their system if it happens, they lose, or their smartphones get damaged.

ICT Integration
Discussion of how teachers can incorporate Application Software
How can we assist teachers with smartphones, laptops, tablets and data projector.
* We can provide teachers with tablets, laptops and data projector to use in class. We can assist by showing them how to use tablets and laptops. We can also create videos so that teachers can understand these things and be able to incorporate ICT in class. Lastly, we can set data projectors for teachers to use it in class.
List of activities we will use, considering that our ICT Tools are only smartphones.
* Data projector- It can be used to deliver PowerPoint for presentations and to write assignments in class, and also to highlights techniques for particular information.
* Laptops, tablets and Smartphones- Teachers will be able to communicate with students by sending texts, make calls and email students to give them assignments or announcements.
Possible Educational Apps for future use.
* Word app to write an assignment or for a teacher to set a test.
* Canva to do some assignment because some of them requires this app.
* Projector for teachers to be able to teach and present information.
* Microsoft Flip is a free from Microsoft to assist teachers to create safe, online groups for learners to express their ideals in videos, text and audio messages.
Teachers Training (How will teachers be trained).
* By the use of engaging teachers in class that is clear and explains the way Application software in lesson should be used.
* Teachers will be grouped in an area; we will use video clips that give clear and understandable information.
* They will be provided will smartphones so they could try to use them to see if they understood how they work.
* IT staff will also be involved to teach them easy ways to use the system. They will be asked to attend every Friday to be trained.

Tablets are very effective to use in the classroom because they allow both students and trainers to be connected at any time. All notes, tasks or communications will be made and saved digitally, and therefore it will be difficult for the notes to get lost as it can with hand written notes. Learners can watch video clips, participate in video conferences during class lessons on tablets. Teachers can also communicate using smartphones in the classroom with learners to create short videos. Learners can use smartphones in class to access online dictionaries and listen to podcasts and read the news. Smartphones improves knowledge. Through smartphones, students can explore new things in an enjoyable manner rather than going through whole books to find the desired information. Teachers can use variety of videos using smart projectors, infographics and so on. Projectors make each lesson much more valuable.

By utilizing them as teaching aids in the classroom, teachers can integrate digital education applications. These applications can be used to assign homework, collect assessments, give feedback and monitor student development. These applications can be used by teachers to design interactive lessons, lead online class discussion and even provide one-on-one tutoring.
Additionally, digital education apps provide a fantastic opportunity to maintain contact with pupils. These apps allow teachers to keep track of their students' progress, get alerts when assignments are due, and even provide virtual office hours where they may assist students and answer concerns. Teachers may give their pupils a more through learning experience and guarantee that everyone is on the same page by using digital education apps.

Phase1
Smartphones and Wi-Fi can be powerful tools for assisting teachers in various ways. Here are a few ideas:
1. Access to online resources: With Wi-Fi, teachers can access a wealth of online resources such as educational videos, interactive simulations, and virtual field trips that can be used to supplement classroom instruction. They can use their smartphones to quickly search for and access these resources, and then display them to the class using a projector or shared screen.
2. Communication and collaboration: Teachers can use their smartphones and Wi-Fi to communicate with each other or with their students. For example, they can use apps like WhatsApp or Google Classroom to share assignments, give feedback, or answer student questions. They can also use social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook to connect with other educators and share best practices.
3. Professional development: With Wi-Fi, teachers can participate in online professional development courses, webinars, and conferences. They can use their smartphones to join virtual meetings or watch recorded sessions on the go, which can help them stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
4. Classroom management: There are many apps that can help teachers manage their classrooms more efficiently. For example, they can use apps like ClassDojo or Remind to send messages to parents or students, track attendance, or give out points for good behavior. They can also use apps like Kahoot or Quizlet to create and administer quizzes, games, or surveys.
Overall, smartphones and Wi-Fi can help teachers work more efficiently, stay connected, and enhance the learning experience for their students.
